Giza Open Talks: Meeting Today

Hi, my name is Alicia and I’m a recovering gnostic. . . xo

A well-known 12-step recovery slogan reads: HALT
It means, Don’t get too Hungry, too Angry, too Lonely, or too Tired.

In my experience doing group therapy with recovering gnostics, I find it comforting to remind myself that while we may not be among best friends here, for the most part, we are not among idiots.

Fearmongers do not cure hope-porn, nor vice versa. That’s all recursive.

Here’s my first mental health story, how about yours?

Good article about fear and anxiety, they can and do lead to an unpleasant life experience if one is not aware of their presence in the perception of an experience, whether in a article, book, podcast, internet conversation thread or personal interaction with others and the outside worldview held by the observer.
How one comes to understand or grasp the idea can take some a lifetime, others a few decades and unfortunately for some, never in this lifetime.

Email me directly, Sal2lee, and I’ll get the instructions right to you. I tried messaging you here, but the link would not play there, either.

Hi my name is Lisa. I have long wondered, might one approach gnosis without being gnostic? Might one have a cause without being caustic?
One day at a time…

Any connection here? Alexandra Pelosi, the daughter of Nancy Pelosi, told the New York Times that her mother called priests to perform an exorcism of the house over Thanksgiving, just weeks after David DePape allegedly attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer.

Without virtue practiced in a cleansed household, worse evil spirits will return, to say nothing of the House of Representatives, entertaining the seductions of tyranny. Democracies cannot survive without virtue.

Breaking down Mind Control Through Research

Hi Gizas,
Part of staying sane, for me, is reading widely, and finding divergent, convergent, and emergent information on any topic of interest. Alicia xo

I know, QVBB – at that age, I was only concerned about passing all my tests to my parents’ expectations, so that I would receive permission to attend the dance. xo

What? Recovering the Gnostics?
Why? Are those Gnostics sick of something?
Or has their minds gone so far, so they need a return somewhere in something, for example in “reality”? :smirk:
If so why? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Are they “closing and staying on target”?Is that compromising and dangerous knowledge for someone somehow? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Or even better. With your permission, dear Doctor, let’s play with word math of equations, or math of words as you like.
Namely, isn’t what we call a “hypothesis” equal to what we call an “intrinsic belief”?
I think that there is a sign of equality between those two things. I think they are equal to one other. I think they are expressions with different words and phrases, expressions of one and the same thing.
If so then what would be your comment or opinion regarding this? No?Or yes? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

A twelve step program would be for people who don’t want to be Gnostic anymore, and are in recovery from that.

Gnosticism is not a disease, but only a passing phase through which anyone who is looking for something must go through it. In my opinion, anyway.
