We Fixed the Glitch

We had a glitch in the matrix on receiving support requests, and this is now resolved. If you sent a support request in the past 30 days and didn’t receive a response, please check your inbox and/or spam folder. It should be there now. If you submitted one before that and didn’t receive a response, please resubmit.

We have an issue where some transactional emails, including password reset emails and support ticket communications are rejected by the receiving server. When we verify that is happening, we can put an exception into our system to tell it to send via a different outbound server, and see if that resolves the issue for the receiving server. We’ve done that now for a number of email providers.
