The USMCA is just another step towards dissolving national borders and creating the North American Union. Agendas 21, 2030 and most/all other trade deals are steps on the road to a one world government. Personally, I think anyone who believes 1 group can managed the whole planet couldn’t manage a 1 man race to a 2 hole outhouse, regardless of the size of the population. Be it 7 billion and growing or the half a billion the eugenicists are squawking about.

Public communications are also actual & provable: and they occupy or modify the narrative and public opinions. I consider public opinion as most important!
And I completely agree that laws do not matter so much in our times, even not Constitutions, international agreements not to speak of Human Rights or Ethics.
But most important, what I would really like to understand: if you do only care about laws, why asking about “What is Trump doing” when having no legal power?
Hence, the question, “What is Trump doing”?
What is Trump doing? Influencing, which is quite the rage nowadays, and pays pretty well depending on one’s expertise, audience size and their vulnerability.
