There are federal agencies that act as independent corporations for the feds, such as the Corporation for National and Community Service. That was established in 1993 as an umbrella corporation that Americorps operated under, but they stopped using that name in September 2020 so now it’s just called Americorps, which does include “Corps” which sounds like corporation just like the Marine Corps.
I’m not that familiar with this theory about the whole federal government being considered a giant corporation, but I guess it could be considered that, with the only exception being there would be no government oversight over a corporation that is also the government obviously.
There is also all of the land area of the States, which could be considered “Real America” regardless of what is going on in the little government office buildings where people wear suits and fancy shoes.

His army made so many mistakes in the invasion of Ukraine, that there is no explanation possible for the sheer volume of ineficiencies, beside conscious intention, or in more clear worlds, that wasn´t a war to be winned, and he knew it, and positioned the troops to don´t win fast.

Remember: the District of Columbia is NOT in a state, it is a separate entity and is, in essence, a foreign territory. As a resident of Texas state, I am a private citizen. I havent made up my mind on the subject yet, im certainly open for both conclusions.
But when discussing these matters i feel its important to at least be clear of what game is being played.
For example alot of people still live in the illusion that the war is between nations or religions.
I myself catch myself in the trap when explaining how certain actions may benefit “Russia” or “US” etc.
However i beleive the factions fighting for power are international networks with opposite visions for the future of the human race.
So i think we are on the same page that world leaders are puppets with strings attached.
If you follow my posts on thhe boards i have made a case for who was the global puppet master since the birth of the BIS.
Now there is quite some evidence that the faction who has controled the global surveillance state since its inception are in deep trouble.
(Once again read through my threads and dyor)
So i beleive that many of the puppets now have new strings or in some cases have enough leverage to act somewhat independent from the old guard.
As for the situation in Ukraine…
I guess we have to start with asking ourself what the goal is for it playing out like it is atm.
If we use a bigger perspective then just for the gain of Russia i see the following positives.
*It works as a killzone to send in mercenaries from all sides to be neutralised.
I cant be sure but my sources tell me that most casualties are non regular military forces and instead mostly hired guns.
Remember that Russia is taking criminals out of jail and forcing them into the Wagner group to be cannonfodder.
Sounds like a smart way to get rid of potential deepstate assets to me.
*Demilitarisasion of Nato countries by emptying our weapon reserves so in case of scare event the rest of Europe isnt capable of going into a open military conflict with Russia etc.
Also since alot of the weapons being sent doesnt even end up in Ukraine i suspect they are being used to track other deepstate assets who might get a delivery of gps tracked munitions ala a trojan horse.
I got a few more points lined up but i could add it later in the discussion.
But once again i have to be clear that i dont beleive Putin is some kind of Saint, he is a stone cold killer with a mission.
But from my pov his objectives are the total opposite of the globalist deepstate group.

I have heard of that thing about maritime law considering people to be dead at sea, don’t really understand what that means either.
When I said theory didn’t mean that as in not being a fact, more as in a concept or something like the theory of gravity or relativity, obviously gravity is a real thing calling it a theory doesn’t mean someone is saying it isn’t real.
From the way you described the government being taken over when it was bankrupt in the the 1800s sounds more like it is being run by a band of pirates or something more than a traditional company that pays taxes to the government.

In belgium all but one ended up in prison , but the real architects still live and continue their horrible and sick crimes against young children , backed by high finance ,law ,politics brother societies .How can it be that a minister’s ex husband goth caught twice as a drug trafficker having a diplomatic passport ? and in the process of going to court being defended by a lawyer who happens to be the new husband of the same minister . A layer known to be the sole defender of Big mafia. Politics in belgium and mafia one big scam not talking about the Pedo Child trafficking and snuff movie industry . A few years ago a journalist who researched these pedo rings committed( ??? ) suicide . When I tried to find out what he was up to , my computer got harassed twice by secret police , even a university computer with a interview file on me was hacked . These people are so well protected !

Secondly we know that as soon as their fly lifestyle is taken away,these people sing names like “snitchers professionals INC”, and would be a huge contributor to get a stop to this.
Also it would send a signal that no one is safe, which is a feeling I believe these elite’s have had way too long; that they are untouchable and above the law.

Right now i can see that there are some cracks in the group that is ruling the game, but i can´t distinguish between the sides wich much clarity, so i don´t know if they opposite in their visions. What would those visions be, in your perception?
