Sorry QVBB, but I don’t believe the reforms he put in place were meant for anything other than show. No POTUS who wanted to help Our Country would ever have signed USMCA & put it up for legislative vote & the way it was done wasn’t even constitutional. One does not declare a law or legislation until both Houses have voted it so but, Trump did. This is why the signing ceremony was so “low key”, as my friend Gary called it.
