That translates into; an in-your-face-reality, of globalized information warfare.
With too damn many permutations, combinations, and interdimensional quantum possibilities.

Thank you for summarizing all that, Joseph!! Excellent!! If a weapon was used to blow apart Tiamat, should we be worried?! 
We’ve all heard of the ‘butterfly effect’ (flaps wings one side of earth, large weather event happens other side earth) but that sort of amplification would be very hard to steer. A weather weapon capable of reliably, controllably causing hurricane steerage would have to be pretty large (hard to hide). Conventional ‘bounce’ of energy off the ionosphere has geometry limits (too steep and energy goes into space, too shallow and it dissipates into atmosphere - look up radio skip - max is between 2K and 4K kilometers) which means there are limited locations where it could be placed to effect storms in the Caribbean. Satellites (other than the moon perhaps) capable of this much power don’t exist.
A quake weapon could be mobile (probably lower tech…mini nuke perhaps) and placed near a fault zone under stress to trigger a tremor. Or, it could be some unknown means (linear waves JPF suggests in GDSR) to transmit and direct energy. I haven’t heard anyone speculate on how the energy would be steered/controlled, but clearly some entity would have to do that and support facilities nearby would be likely.
The point is, the devices needed to project the needed amounts of power to reliably make ‘events’ happen are likely pretty large. Where do we look for them? HAARP ionospheric heating arrays are quite large and on the surface with big antennas. Microwave antennas can’t be underground. Pyramid power systems could be underground (LM Howe Alaska underground pyramid story) or under ice (Antarctica) or maybe hidden in plain sight (Bosnia?). If used by humans there would be control structures / housing etc.
Google earth searches for plausible locations? I know people try this with Antarctica with sketchy results.

Insane amount of cloud seeding in NE of USA in last couple weeks. Hazy without humidity. Very strange. Weather forecasts informs that we have high pollen count, which is quite odd for this part of the land at this season.
Most of plants stop pollinating here in June and nothing again till October where mold spores are starting to fly from trees shutting down for winter. Very strange.
It looks like last year Québec forest fires without burning smell.

It seems you missed (or possibly disregarded) a suggestion in our prior discussion regarding the 2024 Texas wildfires. I dew apologize as I buried it in the middle of a lengthy response; so here it is again (below) for everyone’s consideration. Even Dr. Farrell has referenced her work as have others here on GDS.

Chapter 2 is entitled, “Ǽther, Plasma, and Scalar Waves.” It provides ample evidence for technologies that not only steer and control but can deliver the energies without being proximate to the targets. I cannot recommend her work more strongly.

Noting the timestamp in the image above, one can use the NASA and NOAA sites to observe the strange behaviors of Ernesto. Specifically at 12:30UTC, the intensification of the western side of the storm starts with lines and then just explodes with rising clouds (colder temp indications).

Your eyes are not deceiving you. The Canadian Fire Furnace thermostat has been adjusted up and down several times this summer. It seems they crank up the Smoke Machine ahead of time in order to direct them particles where needed. Since there is no odor, a reasonable conclusion is that it higher up.

not disregarding #Sharick. Just trying to drill down into the ‘how’ aspect. You don’t do that kind of manipulation with a couple of 9V batteries. It takes power and transmitting / steering that kind of power takes sizeable facilities. The intent of my post was to spark thought of where are the facilities that are launching/controlling the power needed to do these deeds. I do not contest that it’s happening. I contend it’s possible to find where the power is being initiated from.
On the fires, a young man posited some time ago that one or more satellites (nuclear powered) may be able to generate enough power to start fires like in Hawaii, and many other places. I believe his work. But starting a fire from a satellite, steering a hurricane, and causing an earthquake require orders of magnitude more energy (my assertion).
A further thought to this morning’s post: finding such a facility on Google earth may be possible (if not occluded by Goog). I’m wondering if playing with the AI engines available could reduce the workload to find such a facility.
