And by “it”, I mean the Mandela Effect, as I’ve defined it here on this website.…

Yep, remember reading online of his death also actor Russel Crowe whom is still alive. My internet feed was flooded with news about his passing. I think one has to begin screenprinting and download to archive those events.

I still think the “Mandela effect”, is pop-culture confusion born in the ever changing digital environment with key-stroke revisions.
The very reason, the Dr. dislikes digitized versions of his or anyone else’s literary works.
example: a blatant lie about persons and events printed in newspapers or books in the past, which would take days, weeks or months to propagate, reaching a few people at a time, can now be done instantaneously or at the speed of thought, on the net, with a global reach.
The internet is a psychotronic environment and has become an extended, shared consciousness of humanity. The Blavatskys, Steiners, Halls and Cayces of this world, are trying to pull one over on us.
First, I believe this effect is real and has happened to people and continues to happen. However, I have also noted over the last few years that, as I have been paying attention, sometimes it may be the result of false reporting in one area of the globe, almost always not where the person in question is living. For example, living in Ireland, we got rather frequent updates on Tim Curry throughout the last few decades. Even though he was ill and reclusive, that didn’t stop the various tabloids from running pieces on him. Which doesn’t mean Joseph doesn’t remember him dying (and other people) of a heart attack, just that such a story would be hard to maintain in the face of being in close proximity to where he was still living.
I know there was a certain amount of Mandela Effect around Mareen O’Hara, with people in the US remembering her dead. In reality, she moved back to Ireland in her 90s, and my husband’s old jewelry company was approached about making memorabilia for the museum her foundation was setting up. The foundation was to encourage young Irish people to train as actors, and she did a bit of her own mentoring. That doesn’t negate, to me, people in North America remembering her dying, but having letters coming in from her second-hand into the mailbox made it difficult to accept it as a fact.
Again, I’ve experienced this effect myself, and I do believe that something is going on. I have wondered a lot of about different timelines bleeding over into each other, because in some ways that would make a lot of sense. So would intentional messing around with people’s heads in terms of information and experiments under the control of MKULTRA or similar organizations.
If the latter is the case, they may be figuring out that for a “false” effect to work, they may not have bargained for modern instant communications. Someone reported as “dead” can be verified as “alive” fifteen minutes after the first announcement. If it is something like a time-line issue, then things get a lot stranger and weirder.

I think what might be going on (at least for myself) is that I’ll hear about an individual in the news for an extended period of time. And the narrative for them often is grim. In the case of Mandela, it might be, “He’s been in prison for such a long time, and getting older. What will come of him? Will he ever get out”? And in the case of Tim Curry (I didn’t follow) who had a stroke in 2012 with its effects lasting the rest of his life. For Mandela I recall a trickle of updates during his incarceration. Could it be that we create a holding place, a “shell” that has some kind of predigested narrative of what might be in store for this individual? Then somewhere along the line I (we) might have “given up” on them and a conflation occurs.
Some neurological researchers claim the brain functions by gathering info and predicting or anticipating events. As with any prediction, one could file away a prediction as it happened when in fact it didn’t…? Later when the predicted event actually happens, we are surprised. The concentration of media and information control seems an “experiment” is easy, especially with the nut case social scientists we have discovered and were supported by government and private benefactors.

Yes, I can see for efficiency sake and in certain cases, the brain would “want” to come up with these narratives.
hm werent we’ve had predictive programing about in men’in’black and indeed plandemix happened but many still refuses to admit

I have to say, I remember it as well. I don’t know the exact date, but it was a few years ago. Now, my question is this - if they are messing with the timeline and we took a screenshot of it, would the screenshot still be there on the computer (or printed), or would that disappear if they changed something? My feeling is that it would disappear.

No. I was one of those weekend RHPS weirdos. Saw the movie over 100 times, and have followed the lives of the actors ever since. I was aware Tim Curry had a stroke years ago and certainly would have caught if he had died earlier than August 25th. My old movie buddies would’ve had communicated it to me as well as we still keep in touch.
I remember watching Nelson Mandela be released from prison in 1988, i watched an aerial helicopter view of him walking with crowds surrounding him.
I thought Tim Curry was alive until i saw the recent news, was shocked to see his condition.
