Evidently a commercial driver’s license from the numerous businesses competing for business has a low barrier to entry. There is supposedly critical shortage of semitrailer drivers per MSM.
A cousin in Wyoming is an instructor at a community college that prepares students to take the commercial driving license test plus teaches them how to drive and park various commercial vehicles. Some students are enrolled as a condition to continue financial assistance with the goal of self support.

Like Harper’s; there were a few articles that were very good.
Harper’s turned when it’s premier editor Lapham left.[later died]
I hadn’t known, until you just related the above information.
But it makes perfect sense.
Mother Jones, does some good work at times.
But it is really Democrat Red to the core.
