Totally weird thought. What if Biden, Biden, and the Chinese balloon people agreed about the launch and the flight plan? Perhaps they even pre-planned when and where to shoot it down? So ā¦(my brain doesnāt think well this way) the Bās financial ā¦ compromises will not appear to jeopardize US national security: a political ploy ā given the recent levels of scrutiny into their financial improprieties?

First, I think this is an intelligence operation.
The question of what the USSA would do; is apparently let it run, while gathering intelligence on it as it operates.
Then, when the mission is ācompleteā; shoot it down.
Re-engineer it; check to see, and match records of its flight path information trail; check supposed Chinese agents on-the-ground.
Russell up a few, interrogate, and gather any physical evidence.
Now, what would the Chinese do?
Perhaps, the USSA balloon got away?
Or, was made to think it got away, while the Chinese compromised the mission.
