Typical leftist tactics, ignore the constitutional process and do as thy will. The EU has been dominated by communist ideology for quite some time without any push back. Implementation was gradual and effective over time, insurrection isn’t always overt. Infiltration of groups is much easier.
Good that the same tactics are being used by “good guys”.
