The Madness in the Method

Haha, when I first read that, I thought you said “if you’re going to go mad, do it methodically” - and I liked!:joy:

i believe than that yours is a better translation into English from my language (Hungarian). it carries the same message. have to correct it… a bit.

Oh, I forgot! I will have to tease my Hungarian-American friend Bernadett, who lives on a little herb farm, about it. She was born there.

“Ha meg kell bolonduljál, módszeresen tegyed.”

that’s for her. with love

found another rather exact prophecy on madness from a Brazilian philosopher and polemist named Olavo de Carvalho who once twitted, half-serious, half joking:

“Soon only two religions will be allowed in the west: Anus and Marijuana”.

I suppose, at the moment,- they’re only practicing that in “Trans-anal-vania”…

possibly true, since if they were smoking weed, the wardrums would go silent in brotherly concord…

She liked it when I told her - laughed - but said she’d never heard it. (Of course, she left Hungary while still young.)

thought so
it’s a saying between adult males to tell the truth - comes from the elders of the community -, when a man realizes something unavoidable ‘crash’ is faced, and has to be solved without question. like a marriage or a divorce. that’s the practical part. the theoretic is something like ‘i am committed to slavery in freedom’. but if u put it ‘in’ as a software (running the program), your consciousness will come up with many various solutions/answers. the point is liberating the mind from it’s own barriers in my experience. etc…
