If you read some Slavic doomsters on Substack, they tend to think along the lines that Putin has been neutered by Langley or Chabad/Lubovitch.
Time will tell, but something stinks in the Russian corridors of power.

For sure.
It started ‘normal’ with typical Russian sovereignty anti globalism and the whole SMO was a bit strange and now it’s even stranger.
The narrative is that Putin wants a Yalta 2.
