European Gizers, have your heard of a vote coming up in November in Switzerland allowing the Federal Counsel to rule without parliament, restrict property rights, intervene in debt collection and bankruptcy, curtail economic and social life, quarantine, monitor and restrict people? Sounds really creepy.
