Maybe living alone has something to do with it, but I talk to my plants and gardenplants. Then again, I also regulary thank my car and other utilities that serve me well.

The book “The Light Eaters” is fascinating in terms of plant consciousness and the question of whether they are thinking.

One wonders; if this too, has been surpressed?
An engineering of Man’s culture, by those with agendas.
[Are those not “civilized”; having more intimate “communications”, with living “beings”?]

Are we not one of them?
Is it not “light”…food food for us?
After all we are what we eat, consume.NO?

The book is good. It includes a description of research results that were a career killer until recently.
When I was younger I was taught by a tribal woman from up north. The assumptions were different. My ggrandmother and grandmother worked with plants too. Old style, that all living things are conscious. There was also a carefulness about what was ‘let in the house.’ Interesting.
