Where do income taxes go and what income is taxable and what isn’t? Did you know that banks use your Cestui Que Vie trust, charge you interest, and pay no taxes? What is the difference between private and public when it comes to jurisdiction? Are private trusts required to pay taxes or just corporations/LLCs which are commercial/public vehicles? In other words, there are a ton of question to ask and separate out who is the fraudster?
