How about federal legislation (come on Trump how about an executive order) specifically allowing in cases such as these for the judge (or whoever) signed the release order to be immediately removed from the bench, all of his /her/its assets to be seized and given to the victims family. The judge then serves a mandatory life sentence in a real prison. If that were to be the case I bet that would cause some sphincter tightening across the so-called judiciary.
