… It sounds as if someone has figured out how to hack connection nodes for multiple databases or a site such as The Utah Data Center (UDC), also known as the Intelligence Community Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center.

Well having a driver license number will help those registering to vote by mail. I received an application the other day with a note saying “According to our review of publicly available records, someone at this address might not be available to vote .” The form just requires a driver’s license number, in fact the application will be processed with “None” written in the ID box. The mailing came from The Voter Participation Center in Austin Texas with a nice trade mark for Allied Printing, Chicago IL, union trades council union label. Ummm. Democrat machine of Chicago?

Am wondering whether there is an aggregated list for say the last 5 to 10 years, detailing the cyber security breaches and numbers of people whose personal details had been made available?
… there are occasionally links embedded in the articles announcing the breeches for you to be able to see if your information was part of the breech and is on The Dark Web - as if one would trust those and click on them 
I’m sure there is some IT / Tech site that keeps a running list of the breeches.

Another way to discover if your information was compromised is a drop in your FICO score. A couple of years ago my score dropped from the highest category to the next highest. The reason given was my info was found on the dark Web when AT&T had a data cyberattack. Evidently agencies also monitor the Dark Web when assessing credit scores or they use the breaches to drive sales for credit monitoring companies, which they probably own, when it happens.
My FICO score has since recovered from the down grade. No fraudulences ever happened.
