In Canada, tiktok was banned and its offices here were ordered to close, but one can still use the platform. All the better to spy on you my dear? Unless VPNs (Virtual Private Network) can be eliminated in a given country, one can still access just about anything this side of the ‘dark web’ as far as I know. For example, I can’t download the RT app (Russia Today) but I can easily access their website on the internet via a vpn.
