A 2012 interview with Medvedev where he explicitly admits the existence of extraterrestrials

Could not find a translated version so I made the transcripts of the interview myself. Its some very insane stuff!

Transcript:

Journalist: Are the rumors about extraterrestrials living amongst us true?

Medvedev: Ok listen, I will only say this one time only. When a new president of the federation gets in office first two things he gets is the nuclear briefcase and a small dossier labeled « Top Secret » the dossier contains info on the nuclear arsenal as well as monitoring of alien activity on the national territory. When your presidential mandate is over you hand back both the nuclear codes and the dossier tracking the aliens. There are actually a lot of good information on the documentary film: Mystery Of The Men In Black

Journalist: But how many of them are there?

Medvedev: I cant tell how many of them there are, that could provoke a panic.

He also evoked the existence of a secret bureau in the Kremlin dedicated to the surveillance of extraterrestrials.

Is it possible he mentioned aliens as in foreigners and not extraterrestrials?
Is there a link to full interview not just one minute?

I only have two French subtitle version.

I will look if I can find the original. But yes he meant extraterrestrials. You dont need a special dossier that only the president alone is allowed to look into just for foreigners.

Even more extreme is forcing the president to hand the dossier back and swear and oath of secrecy to not reveal who and how many extraterrestrials there are.
