Something similar happened in Urbandale, IA about a week ago.

More than 100 children were given the wrong does of a so called vaccine, at a “mass vaccination event.” - the fact that is even a “thing” is concerning enough. The children should have received 12 micrograms of the dose and instead received 20 micrograms. The adult dose is 30 micrograms according to the article I read.
