… Gee, I can think of a few … and I bet you can also. 
Since technology is always ahead of the law … I wonder, because it is after all just a piece of software, if the same rules of confidentiality apply to AI Therapists.
… and I bet all patient/thereapist interactions will be stored in servers … so no chance of that info getting out into world. What about billing practices? Since there are over 250 schools of Psychotherapy will you be able to choose the “type” of therapist? (e.g. Jungian, Freudian, Cognitive, Gestalt, Behaviorist)
What about an Oath for the AI Therapist?

I swear by Apollo Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture.
