Well since V. Nuland, is not actually “retired” yet; because she was presented as Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, and she also showed up in recent days in Rome (home to that teeny, tiny country called the Vatican) for a G7-related meeting then methinks we can figure out who the true ‘culprits’ may be behind all this dastardly nonsense.
