Surely these are not contemporaneous? Señor Lavrov, and the others, are wearing masks.
that’s a good point, but the Russian flag is on scene, the USA’s isn’t. in diplomacy that’s what is called ‘homeless’ or ‘fugitive’… …in other words: ‘we are happy to give you coffee and shelter for 3 days’.
