Either ALL the space wannabe powers cooperate as a whole.
And/Or, they eliminate downwards into ONE Ring LEO… [low earth orbit]
And/Or, eliminate upwards, To The Moon [ALICE!]
To rule THEM ALL?

CONTROLS EVERYTHING!
Yet perhaps, the Solar System is in someone elses back yard?
Might “THEY” have to call Pest Control?
A Pest Control - that may have even been called down on Earth before?
Target practice is good for testing aim and alignment of the gun scope before the hunt. “Tin cans and old cars” are good for that purpose.
