Going with the hypothesis that much of (if not all) plasma is linked to a greater or lesser degree into a great consciousness, the quarantine boundary lines could have been self-created by that entity. Given the scale of the event it seems more likely this is so as the enormity would seem to require a humanoid technical capability that is beyond the scope of a single solar system. I have prior speculated here that the 1% of molecularly structured (solid/liquid/gaseous) matter in the universe (vs 99% plasma) could have been self-willed into existence by the plasma consciousness entity as a way to manifest physicality / create new experiences for a (bored) ‘God’ (this idea owes it’s origin to the Clif High thoughts on ‘novelty’ being the most valuable commodity to an all-knowing universal consciousness (God)).
