All "available resources"? ... Crooks had "no social media footprint"? ... How exactly are they finding these criminal illegals?

… no info on JFK, 9/11, Las Vegas Shooter, Crooks … sounds like we have humint on the ground in these cities. Did we do an Operation Paperclip after the fall of the wall? Maybe we brought in some STASI to help us out with this kind of thing.
