and/or, making lists; to see whose Xi naughty & XI nice.

“Quarantined Center” = one way ticket[deaths may vary from time to time. Those not receiving the goodbye injections; may receive other experimental injections of mind control; and others may receive experimental injections of God knows what. All will be meticulously AI tracked; AI monitored; AI controlled; and liquid AI nano-chipped.

Is China setting up a strategy of biological warfare infrastructures; preparing for blowback?

The chip wars section at the end of this video was good.
However, I see it as China trying to establish chip sovereignty in the next decade.
No doubt, their spy apparatus will be in extremely high gear; and research in quantum computing as well as other “computing” technologies.
For now, the West has the upper hand.
The USSA would also like to become chip sovereign;
but the globalists won’t have any nation state become a competitor.
Competition is an unforgivable sin; in the globalist Bible.

The West’s ideas like separation of powers; independence of judiciary; and const1tutional democracy are good; but “erroneous” according the Chinese, as the West doesn’t practice them.
The West just projects them on others to practice.
It would be something, indeed; if the West were to practice what it preaches.
Financial capitalism[West] cannot compete w/Industrial capitalism[BRICS];
destruction of economies[West], versus building of economies[BRICS].
Unfortunately, China’s technology is geared towards technocratic totalitarianism, and is exporting the same to the West.
Whether you have a great economy, or bad economy; what good is it,
if the people - are all under the boot/control of a tyrannical ruling class?
A ruling class, itself; that is subjected increasingly, to an governance of inhuman algorithms?
