I was wondering when one side or the other would get around to this. If strictly propaganda, then, would figure they’d need a year of it to move the public.
The word is leaked. No they weren’t leaked, they were deliberately created and released to add fuel to the fire of worldwide scaremongering to disturb the human psyche. One of the many stories broadcast each day to spook and provoke dis-ease in the minds of the masses.
