The Iranian regime only has to remain more or less intact for a few days and this latest mistake by USrael will become obvious, the problem is now that Iran knows it’s existential and may not wish to cease fire this time.
Iran has been bullied since 1953. Engaging the bully seems their only recourse.

Well Iran will take the news cycle focus off of the Epstein files fallout. Hey! look over here, Iran has nuclear bomb capabilities like Iraq had weapons of mass destruction… sooo original. Wonder what shenanigans are going on while attention is being diverted?

Meanwhile, this means freedom for Iraq, as well, and that signals a revalue of currency around the world.
Truthfully, the next action is to neutralize Israel that always said it had no nukes and threatened Trump that if he didn’t join the war they would drop nukes. I am for peace but it doesn’t include being friends with these criminals.
So looking at how Iran behaved in the famous “12 days war” june 2025. the first phase response will feature action to:

They might attack the isolated the miltary bases in Iraq, Jordan and Syria who are isolated and not easily resupplied or reinforced

Demostrate that they can close the Gulf of Hormuz through mining and landbased mobile missile envelopes.
They may then attack and deplete Israel’s so called Iron Dome using the drones and older cheaper missiles
It may then become a question as to whether Iran will want to even engage in any negotiation process given they have been attacked twice now during negotiations, because the reality is there is no point, who do they negotiate with and its existential. Iran might likley aim for a long haul attritional campaign.
Phase two might be to expand their attacks to:

Oil facilities in Tel Aviv and Haifa, UAE, Jordan, KSA and Kuwait

Logistics Hubs in the region for military and navy resupply

Air tankers and sea tankers will be targeted
This would be to increase pain oil production attrition on others in the West and East to bring pressure on the USA
Phase three might be to increase pressure on Israel directly using newer missiles, deployed to effect damage similar campaign to that which Israel used in Gaza,maoslty moving North to South to take pressure of Hesbollah in South Lebanon.
Logically the real politik now suggests it will be in Iran’s benefit not to stop this process in order to demonstrate the actual pain that they are capable of delivering and in any event they have been put into a position where they actually have lttle to lose now.
They may only offer terms to cease their bombardment only when they have inflicted enough pain on Israel and US installations such that there are subsequently agreed concessions and committments to say:

Remove all sanctions on Iran

Unfreeze and repatriate of all foreign held Iranian assets

Withdrawal of US military and closure of their bases and logistice from any area which might threaten Iran in the future

Agreements from all US supporting Gulf nations not to allow US military back into their countries.
It is too early days to be sure of anything but I suspect that Trump, within a week or two at most will declare a huge “victory” as he did regarding the nuclear capability previously and which is the given reason for this attack on Iran. USA in particular does not have the logistics, ammunition and weaponry to go on much further than a couple of weeks.
Time will tell how well the regime change will be effective or not, bit too soon to assess this just yet.

There’s nothing like war to unite a nation. Whether they triumph or fail matters not, they will unite to facilitate in whatever the outcome.
