My interpretation: Whether you like it or not.
I’ll speculate that all governments obviously want it, hence the rush for data centers.
I’ll second that speculation. Mostly on its own merit, but using a good word like “hence” makes it better.

GovTech will not disappear simply because the elites want it.
Also, the word agent (as in Agentic AI software) will likely join dozens of others repurposed for nefarious purposes (e.g. cloud, virus, woke, etc.).
