It would be nice to find a video primer for teaching restaurant etiquette, specifically proper table/utensil settings.
Maybe my area is an exception, but around here, even in higher end establishments, I have to BEG for a teaspoon. When they finally dig one up, it’s invariably a soup spoon! Not the best for sauces or dessert…

The guy in the video has restaurant etiquette for the person dining, but unfortunately, not the establishment. I know, I go through the same thing around here too.
