Tom Marazzo wrote an insightful article on Canada’s Canadian Armed Forces Retention Crisis in which he pointed out:

A serious military is not a stage for social engineering. It is not an identity laboratory. It is not a public relations instrument.

Its job is to deter threats and, if deterrence fails, to fight and win.

That purpose needs to be protected fiercely, because once a military loses seriousness, it loses credibility. Once it loses credibility, it invites risk. Enemies do not need to guess. They watch priorities. They watch training tempo. They watch readiness. They watch whether political messaging is displacing warfighting competence. Then they draw conclusions.

And enemies are looking, very closely and carefully. https://x.com/JinWooIQ/status/2030602603848200475?s=20

… guess it is time to break out the “UFO File” technology. Now would be a great time to disclose that info. That info could really come in handy right now. Come on Mystery Schools … help your brothers and sisters out! … But just like there will be no salvation from the sky … there is NO UFO file, no “exotic technology” (unless there is some stuff left over from Kammler that hasn’t been used but I can’t imagine there is), no Mystery Schools … We are on our own … and we are not doing very well at this point.

I think I prefer that we may be on own, there has never been in history, even for the sake of peace, an intervention by an external entity which didn’t also involve soft conquest or colonisation.
