Who knows what is going on with both sides full of propaganda but those protestors look like well trained seals.
If they are that concerned about their Ukrainian identity fleeing towards Europe would make more sense.
These are regular people happy to have their city back.
I have seen a few news reports the past weeks of pro Russian civilians being evacuated including artifacts and important documents out of this area. The people left behind are the pro ukraine civilians.
If I lived there I’d be happy to have the disruption of my normal life routine blasted by the civil unrest ease or stop.
