The operative word of course being “seem”…
And who can forget the 2009 mystery spiral out of Norway…

After a cursory search…I simply can’t find nor do I recall after all the decades of rocket launches from around the world hearing or seeing a record of such rocket induced spirals…
If so…why all of the sudden?
Personally, it’d be so much more interesting if it were hyper dimensional space jump portals like in Babylon 5, but I digress…
