… don’t let all of this “misinformation” disturb your thoughts on this matter. The extremely important part of this is … “A SECONDARY COPY” … lets think about this for a moment and ask some questions … 1) What is the chain of custody / possession with this video?
2) “Never been seen before” … “Correct. In fact, Director Stone actually told us that he showed this tape, …" Well, I guess it has “been seen before” and probably by many. many people. 3) I’m assuming the “Director Stone” she mentions is Oliver Stone. It seems just a tad unusual that if he had knowledge of this film that he didn’t previously make more noise about its existence. 4) At this point in the history of technology I’m VERY hesitant to believe much of anything labeled as “newly discovered” … “none of what I hear, half of what I see, and I better have had my vision recently checked.” 5). " … enough time either to vet the source of this information before announcing to the world the existence of the video, or she had enough confidence and knowledge of the source or sources disclosing this information to her that she felt comfortable enough to make the announcement." - Really, now suddenly we are “trusting” of the vetting ability of any group or individual in government? “Comfortable enough to make the announcement” think Social Media click, click, clck, Look at me, Look at me, Look at me … and this from someone who has, in all likelihood, only recently been potty trained, learned to blow their own nose, and tie their own shoes (well, probably not the last one. I’m sure the expensive shoes she buys at taxpayer expense, or out of that large net worth she quickly acquired since becoming a “member” do not have strings) In the words of the great Maynard G. Krebs “Come now!” Me thinks I see a herring of red and it already is beginning to smell somewhat.

not CIA, but FBI files.
