It seems this may be a disturbing trend, centered around medical examiners.

What are they actually teaching in medical colleges? And what are they doing on their days off??

A friend who died about a week ago had signed up for “whole body donation” in 2016. I was curious about what happens…seems the body can be cut up into six parts and sold by the piece or purchased whole. Gruesome image in my mind, nevertheless the industry is pretty much unregulated, unlike the organ transplant business.
