The title of this thread indicates an either/or situation, but perhaps it’s somewhere in-between?
IT’S POSSIBLE that both Xi & Putin were/are both globalists, but, like Saddam Hussein, when globalists overstepped the deal, Xi & Putin decided to break the deal. They’re not trying to save us from the deep state, but most definitely trying to save themselves & their empires.
