I think that’s the one question we’re all trying to answer & nobody knows; at least, none of us “unwashed”.

That’s the $64,000 question… Personally, I have a hard time seeing Russia and China taking orders from the Schwabs and Kissingers of the world, no matter how much they meet, smile, and shake hands with one another, and no matter if Russia and China put a carbon copy of WEF documents in their official statements.
If they think the powerful people of the world are to be found at the WEF, will Russia and China want a seat there? Sure. Just like they want a seat at the UN, where they’ve signed onto a bunch of treaties that they follow if, when, and how it suits them, just like the U.S. and every other country. Will Russia and China use new technology to gain more control over their populations if they can? I don’t doubt it for a minute. As for China being on board with the Great Reset, they’re the model for the Great Reset and already living it – with the exception of the Green New Deal nonsense.
Official government statements are worth about as much as the paper they’re written on; they may or may not give an accurate picture of a government’s future actions. We’ve seen Western countries, especially Commonwealth countries and major countries in the EU, actually start implementing and heavily marketing the Great Reset. So I conclude they’re in on it for sure. As for Russia and China, I say we’ll have to watch what they do, not what they say, then try to piece together a (tentative) conclusion.
