Good luck with this because, lest i sound like a broken record, making policies, codes, statutes, etc. works for PUBLIC, aka the corporate dead entity that the LEGAL (not lawful) system has created, it has no jurisdiction over the private living man or woman who is abiding by COMMON LAW under the Constitution of the Republic. Just because the announcement hasn’t happened, just because they haven’t been transparent, does not mean that the Republic is not the rule of law. The military became the US before the rest was put in place which is why the new military took an oath to the Republic in Quantico after the Department of War dismissed/detained those who were no longer under the command.
