The law applies to all non-citizens trying to legally enter the US in any manner, not just Canadians or just at the Canadian border. If memory serves, it is a full-fledged law and not an executive branch policy or reg (but I could be mistaken about that), that took effect on or about Nov. 8, 2021. It definitely needs to be reversed but it is highly unlikely to happen IMHO.

It would seem best to obtain a lifetime visa for travel Canada/USA( certainly an USA stamp in one’s passport) . One begins, perhaps, by making Friends of the border/customs agents. It can be done.

Once you graduate from the Red Tape USSA Re-Education University; whose graduation ceremony is being cognitively chipped[in lieu of pre-woke, graduation caps], you’ll have a permanent border pass; as long as you keep your experimental bi-weekly injections up-to-date[which are electronically tattooed to your forehead[invisible, except under certain secret fatherland wavelengths]. Nah, all one has to do is repeat on their on exams from K-12 to PhD the Marxist dogma preached to them by their instructors. The ticket to their success in a “freedom” loving world.
