On October 1st, Canada opened its borders to unvaccinated non-residents. I understand that everyone is focused on sending money to support the NA-ZI’s in the Ukraine, people are completely mind-controlled on that subject, but why is Canada not pushing the US to open it’s borders to unjabbed Canadian truckers, suppliers and service personnel while the American unjabbed can do business freely across the borders. Was there not a USMCA agreement? Canadians want to continually curb their financial opportunities? Why the bloody heck is Canada so quiet on this?
I spoke with someone from Canada last week that plans on driving here. They are not jabbed. This is the time of year Canadians who can afford and healthy enough, leave the cold Canadian winters to go south.
Ferry service to Canada isn’t scheduled to resume until next year:
Historic US-Canada ferry route will miss its 100th anniversary

The U.S.-Canada border is almost back to its pre-pandemic ways, but not the 100-year-old ferry route between Anacortes and Sidney, BC. Ongoing crew shortages at Washington State Ferries mean the international run won’t resume until next summer at the earliest.
This was supposed to be the summer to celebrate the 100th anniversary of cross-border ferry service between Anacortes and Sidney, near Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island. But the route remains suspended.
John Vezina, planning and customer and government relations director for Washington State Ferries, said domestic and commuter routes have priority for restoration. So, the international run will be the very last to return.
“It looks like we won’t have the crewing and vessel availability until next summer," Vezina said. "But there is absolutely no plan — unless the Legislature directs otherwise — to permanently cancel it.”
Travelers headed to the greater Victoria region from the northwestern U.S. have two other options. The private Coho ferry is running again out of Port Angeles, and BC Ferries departs from just across the northern border in Tsawwassen.
“It is disappointing that this important connection between the Peninsula and the United States will continue to be suspended, however we recognize that Washington State Ferries is making every effort to restore its former routes,” Sidney Mayor Cliff McNeil Smith said in June. “The Town was looking forward to celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the ferry service this year with the community of Anacortes, which has been a Sister City to Sidney since 1996. We remain committed to this ferry route and look forward to its return.”
The route between Sidney and Anacortes started in 1922 on a converted kelp carrier.
My business partner (horse business) made it to the border with all the necessary paperwork for horses, trucks, etc. but people were not jabbed so they were told by the American side that they can’t come in and are flagged now for FIVE YEARS if they try to come through without proper jab papers. They had driven 5 hours for a three day trip and had to return back to Canada.
Pretty devastating so i am trying to motivate a change on the American side to let them in. SO FRUSTRATING. We had horses sold that are now sitting in Canada (in the snow).
Canadian truckers won’t vote Dem here in US and they want to control the amount & type of supplies coming into US (IMO).
Yes, damn it! I warned you all that it does not contain what you think it does.
Trump was the set-up & Biden is the take-down. If Biden can’t do it, then, the next one will.
So Canada let’s them out without puncture wounds, but America won’t let them in if they don’t have puncture wounds? That’s insane. Hope my Canadian friends do some checking before they leave for south Texas.
They had been tested flying in and flying out and now can’t get back in with our animals!
What a load of crap. I checked looks like Canada lifted their restrictions but Homeland Security did not as far as being fully vaccinated before entering. I think Canada’s vaccination rate was much higher so what is the rationale? Course with this bunch meanies in DC it’s probably out of spite. The southern border is wide open for immigration. Too bad such diligence is not used down here.
MY EXACT POINT when I called my Representative, Chip Roy. Non-residents can’t even pass with tests proving them fine like they did last summer. I know the only way to change it is to put pressure on Congress to kick DHS in the youknowhat.
Perhaps Trudeau and DC has an agreement of some sort to force vaccinations…I wonder how unvaccinated Canadians in the Detroit area are treated when they drive back and forth.
That’s too bad my friend’s ex-girlfriend was also banned from entering the U.S. from Canada for five years because she tried to emigrate without all the correct paperwork some years ago. This was before anyone had even heard of the wuhan flu, and this ruined their relationship even when he tried to emigrate to Canada instead she didn’t want for him to do that.
May want to emigrate myself if that is possible one day have been literally trapped on an Island for almost three years now so looking forward to being able to leave soon.
I’ve read two dystopian novels based in the USSA that used Canada as a place of refuge. Evidently once in, you dare not go back.
I’ve heard a lot of things have been worse with the Canadian government, especially in Quebec. Kind of difficult to compare these countries when one of them has less population than a single state of fifty in the other (California).
I am frustrated beyond belief as my business depends upon getting these horses and people here for the winter. The stop at the border was a complete surprise after spending thousands on gettiing all the paperwork together for moving animals with health papers, trucks registered, etc. Just don’t know how to wake people up.
Oh no, I don’t know what could be done about than other than suing the feds for that loss this is crazy they think this land even belongs to any country and they supposedly have a right to prevent people from crossing an artificial border right in the middle of the continent. This whole European occupation is illegal in my opinion.
I am sorry to see your message Justa. I don’t understand why a neighboring country would treat guest visitors with such disdain and humiliation? It’s so Unamerican.
I am totally disgusted with those heartless DC goons spreading their form of “democracy”, more like demondemocracy. I’ll contact my DC rep down here and see what line of bull I get and let you know.
Demonocracy, that is a good descriptive expression of this so called “government.”
Don’t know if it would be helpful if American truckers could move your horses then instead of the Canadians?
I don’t have horse trailers myself or trucks capable of hauling those yet, but I know some ranchers who do could ask if they want to help or sell their trucks and trailers.
The USSA has become a technocratic totalitarian version of the former Soviet Republic.
Plenty of red-threaded bureaucracy, replete throughout an updated the USSR: the current, USSA.
When they say red tape; they ain’t whistling Dixie.
Southern hospitality is DOA, in the USSA.
( TTSA [ to mean: Technochratic Totalitarian Soviet Americas ; an acronym] ) .
