Perhaps a silly question, but in regards to JPF’s theory that the ancient elites coordinated units of measurement for an eventual global economy, has he ever made the claim that the Axial Age was a coordinated effort by the elites towards that end?
I’ve made a few, though admittedly short attempts to find good resources on the topic ( axial age). You reminded to resume the search.

In answer to your question, no I have not directly, but I have certainly implied it if one reads carefully between the lines.
Wow, that’s a podcast show waiting to happen…
The financial vipers of Venice book is pretty explicit about it actually. It opened my eyes to many things.
Thank you Scarmoge, looking forward to digging into this.
I need to read this book! I’m reading Thrice Great Hermes and the Janus Age at the moment.
DOGE: in Thrice Great Hermes, JPF refers to the Doges repeatedly during the high middle ages. Is it possible that Elon/Vivek is a continuation of that very position? Also, he referred to “podesta” as a governor. Is that what Jon Podesta is/was, a governor of sorts? And Pete Hegseth has Jerusalem Crosses (Templars) tattooed all over his chest. @vardas3
