I am trying to build the best collection of baroque music and would love to get your suggestions for albums/recordings.
I am interested in everything and am currently on a baroque flute scouring quest.
Thank you!!

Baroque flute? Assuming you’re including recorders and period instruments with that, I’d start with searches for the groups that perform on period instruments: the English Concert, Sir Christopher Hogwood, Nicholas Harnoncourt, &c.
Thank you Joseph!
I can be any good baroque recordings besides flute. Anything you would recommend.
I recently got this Vivaldi recording:
‘Concerti per flauto’
Maurice Steger rec/flautino I Barocchisti / Diego Fasolis
(Harmonia Mundi)
I Barrochisti is a good group. But you may safely rely on English Concert, Sir Christopher Hogwood, and the rest I’ve mentioned as good introductions. Also the Akademic fur alte Musik.
A wonderful resource is the online 24/7 streaming station AncientFM - Music of the Mediæval and Renaissance Eras. It identifies each piece as it’s playing. No commercials … listener supported.
