I read through the article. This reinterpreter is still under the idea that Putin is “in frail health” like the dumb propaganda at the beginning of the Ukraine war. He also equates Moscow somehow to being a third Rome, which is pretty preposterous.

They keep changing their mind about what Rome is. Bibi and dispensationalist rabbis used to call the US the third Rome.
They are using the prophecies as they were intended: A tool for crowd control.
