Took him/them long enough. His lucid days are no doubt few and far between. Otherwise, I’d assume his signature could easily be forged.
Has anything like this happened before in US history? I wonder if this will hold up, they have not been charged with anything. Can the president just hand out blanco do not touch me pardons?
