This guy on Tick Tock has done an excellent job tracking down the “SPECTER” type influences of Blackrock and Vanguard, and he may have found how it ties into the big banks. I think thsi is definitely worthy of a “Babylons Banksters” file. His briefing and evidence is worthy of a 2 finger glass of whisky.
