I’ll speculate: He’s bored. He sounds a bit ill, and dancing is normal if you have a cold/the flu. Your body doesn’t want to be at rest. Also, if he can see what’s coming up for him and knows he just has to go through the motions anyway, the swaying is just his body amusing itself while his brain does adult things.
