I noticed in this article, the words they use to describe something that is not clear. The words mind and brain. I have asked myself do these words mean the same thing? Are they interchangeable? Often in science these words are not clearly defined. I worked in Neuro for 20 years. In my humble opinion, the brain and the Mind are two different things. One is internal an organ that we are really only know physical workings. ( chemical, electrical, physiological, blood flow, gray and white matter) the Mind is intangible, could the mind exist on many levels outside the body as well as in the body. An open system that is unseen yet regulates all thoughts? I noticed that in the article they use both the words to describe the experiment with the device. They are trying to set us up for greater Mind control. That’s why there is Mind control. Thanks for sharing

What about the reverse? Writing from an outside source to the brain, implanting thoughts, memories or directives via microwave signal or even 5 or 6G. I have heard that something like that occurred a the Montauk (sp?) Project. An old video I no longer have at my disposal.
