A euphemism here a euphemism there … before you know it language will lose its ability to carry any meaning of any use whatsoever …
Just one more reason why the Demoncrats lost an election.
‘If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again’ appears to be infinite.
… instead of USSA … I think I’m going to start using US-A1 (United States Airstrip 1) … looks positive, but it really isn’t. For the present, given the so-called media’s inability to use the term
“illegal” (and not lapse into Approved Narrative Form ) I think US-A1 more appropriate.
The so-called mainstream media’s inability to use terms of historical relevance have passed on into, or over into another dimension. Think about a simple game of 5-card draw, and the ‘hand’ they have been dealt. It was ‘stacked’ against them from a ‘better player’. Things like this happen. This does not mean that the ‘newer players’ are all that much better, or honest. This just means the ‘game’ has changed.
In the meantime, or interim time, it would be best to re-think ‘stuff’. It is not likely to be all that is ‘good’ for the future of humanity, but it does appear to be different.
When i bring up George Orwell’s 1984, my Mom would always shut down the conversation. She would usually say something like, “i don’t want to talk about that book or movie.” Was there MSM attacks agains 1984, and George Orwell in the 50’s and 60’s because we had to read it in High School as an assignment, that and “Animal Farm.” I mean, i went to a public high school, so we were nothing special, maybe we had a bit of an awakened teacher for those days. I could never understand my mothers aversion to George Orwell, i mean other than he completely shattered her illusion of the perfect 50’s and 60’s america she grew up in.
