'In other words, the system is much further along to becoming fully operational than the announcement might indicate. The announcement is not of the nature “this is what we are going to do” as much as it is of the nature “this is what we are already doing and this is the goal (which we’re very close to).” ’
I’ve read numerous documents, and now bleeding over into various videos, 2027 is to be an important year for ‘changeover’ of all kinds. I’m not going to attempt to post everything (aren’t you glad 
), but just wanted to relay that 2027 is beginning to appear heavily in timelines.
